Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are at the discretion of Design Studio Interiors. When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent and your payment is verified by our system. You may have the option to cancel within 48 hours after you place your order. After this, your order is placed with our suppliers, and items that are in stock are processed for shipping and can rarely be cancelled.
In some cases, it is possible cancel backordered items on your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. However, if only some items in your order are backordered, you will not be able to cancel the entire order.

Will Design Studio ever cancel my order?
In the unlikely circumstance that none of the items in your order are available for immediate shipment or have been discontinued by the supplier, we will notify you by email withing 48 hours of your order placement. You will have the option to keep your order as is with the delay, select an alternate item to order, or cancel your order. Design Studio will never cancel your order without your consent.
Can I return items from my order?
All Design Studio Interiors sales are final.
If you wish to make a return claim due to damage, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of pickup or delivery of your order.
What if items in my order are damaged?
Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do occur. In the event that items in your order arrive with any sort of damage or defect, we will do our best to make it right.
All items in your order are inspected for damage by our team when they arrive on island. If the items are damage free, it will be returned to its original packing, ready for pick up or delivery. If there is damage to your items, you will be contacted and have the option to replace the items free of charge, or accept the damaged items at a reduced cost.
What if I do not receive the correct items that I ordered?
If the items delivered in your order are not correct, please submit a claim to email@example.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so that we can investigate the problem.
Will I be refunded for a cancellation?
If your cancellation claim is accepted, Design Studio Interiors will refund the charge of the cancelled items to your method of purchase.
